Welcome to MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our marketplace platform. By accessing or using MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Eligibility  

- You must be at least 15 years old to use MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers.  
- By registering, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete.  
- Businesses must provide valid registration and tax details.  

2. Account Registration  

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.  
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.  
- MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.  

3. User Responsibilities  

-Buyers: Pay for orders promptly and provide accurate shipping information.  
-Sellers: List only genuine, legally compliant products and fulfill orders as described.  
-Prohibited Activities:  
  - Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation.  
  - Posting false reviews or engaging in price manipulation.  
  - Violating intellectual property rights.  
  - Using the platform for illegal purposes.  

4. Transactions  

-Pricing: All prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.  
-Payment: Payments are processed through secure gateways (e.g., JazzCash, credit/debit cards). MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party issues.  
-Refunds: Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy.  

5. Shipping & Delivery  

- Sellers are responsible for timely order fulfillment and providing tracking details.  
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers.  
- Buyers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report issues within the specified timeframe.  

6. Returns & Refunds  

- Returns are subject to the seller’s return policy and MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers’s Refund Policy.  
- Buyers must return items in their original condition with all packaging.  
- Refunds will be issued after the seller confirms receipt of the returned item.  

7. Intellectual Property  

- All content on MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers (e.g., logos, text, images) is owned by us or licensed to us.  
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.  
- Sellers must ensure their listings do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.  

8. Dispute Resolution  

- MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.  
- Our decision in such matters is final and binding.  
- Users agree to cooperate fully in resolving disputes.  

9. Limitation of Liability  

- MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers is not liable for:  
  - Direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use.  
  - Errors, delays, or interruptions in service.  
  - Losses due to third-party actions (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers).  

10. Indemnification  

- You agree to indemnify and hold MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.  

11. Termination  

- MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.  
- Users may deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting support.  

12. Governing Law  

- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.  
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Insert City/Region], Pakistan.  

13. Changes to Terms  

- MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes.
