Welcome to MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers! This Seller Policy outlines the terms and conditions for sellers using our marketplace. By registering as a seller on MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers, you agree to comply with this policy. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Seller Eligibility  

To sell on MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers, you must:  
- Be at least 18 years old.  
- Provide accurate personal and business information (e.g., name, address, tax ID).  
- Verify your identity through government-issued ID or other required documents.  
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.  

2. Prohibited Items  

Sellers are prohibited from listing or selling the following:  
- Counterfeit or pirated goods.  
- Illegal or restricted items (e.g., drugs, weapons, stolen goods).  
- Hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, flammable substances).  
- Items that infringe intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized replicas).  
- Adult content or offensive material.  
- Any item violating MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers ’s policies or local laws.  

3. Product Listings  

- Accurate Descriptions: Provide clear, honest, and detailed product descriptions, including images, specifications, and pricing. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.  
- Pricing: Include all applicable taxes and fees in the listed price.  
- Stock Availability: Ensure listed items are in stock and ready for dispatch.  
- Categories: List products in the correct category. Incorrect categorization may result in removal.

4. Order Fulfillment  

- Shipping: Dispatch orders within the specified timeframe (e.g., 1-3 business days). Use reliable shipping methods and provide tracking details to buyers.  
- Packaging: Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.  
- Cancellations: Avoid canceling orders unless absolutely necessary. Frequent cancellations may lead to penalties.  

5. Payments & Fees  

- Commission: MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers  charges a commission fee on each sale. The fee structure will be provided during registration.  
- Payouts: Payments will be processed after order completion, minus applicable fees. Payout timelines and methods (e.g., bank transfer, JazzCash) will be specified.  
- Refunds: Sellers are responsible for issuing refunds for canceled or returned orders, as per MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers ’s Refund Policy.  

6. Customer Service  

- Communication: Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.  
- Returns & Refunds: Accept returns and process refunds in accordance with MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers’s Return Policy.  
- Feedback: Encourage buyers to leave reviews and address negative feedback constructively.  

7. Seller Conduct  

- Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions with buyers and MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers  staff.  
- Fraud Prevention: Do not engage in fraudulent activities, such as fake reviews, price manipulation, or misrepresentation.  
- Compliance: Adhere to all MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers  policies, as well as local and international laws.  

8. Account Suspension or Termination  

MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers  reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:  
- Violation of this Seller Policy.  
- Fraudulent or illegal activities.  
- Poor performance (e.g., excessive cancellations, low ratings).  
- Failure to comply with MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers ’s terms and conditions.  

9. Dispute Resolution  

- Buyer Disputes: MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers  may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. Sellers are expected to cooperate fully.  
- Escalations: If a resolution cannot be reached, MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers ’s decision will be final.  

10. Updates to This Policy  

MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers  may update this Seller Policy periodically. Sellers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
